Leading Learning Communities

This online program is based on the landmark NAESP publication “Leading Learning Communities: Standards for What Principals Should Know and Be Able to Do” Twelve educational experts, including Roland Barth and Richard Elmore, examine the recommendations and standards set forth in the publication. The experts discuss why setting high expectations, creating a culture of learning, actively engaging the community, and using multiple sources of data are the essential qualities of a successful instructional leader.
